Welcome to Sandeep Reddy ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://www.sundeepreddy.com/) (the "Site") and the services we offer. Eligibility
By using our Site and services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Services
Sandeep Reddy provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, App Store Optimization (ASO), eCommerce SEO, WordPress SEO, Website SEO and YouTube SEO. The specific terms of any service will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to you prior to the commencement of any work.
Payment Terms
1) Fees: All fees for services will be outlined in the agreement or proposal provided to you. Payment terms, including the due date and method of payment, will be specified in the same document.
2) Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services. A late fee may also apply, as specified in the agreement.
Intellectual Property
1) Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property developed during the course of our services, including but not limited to, reports, strategies, and graphics, are the property of Sandeep Reddy until full payment is received.
2) License: Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your business purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
Client Responsibilities
1) Cooperation: You agree to provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation required for us to deliver our services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.
2) Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to, business strategies, pricing, and client data, secure and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandeep Reddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
1) Your use or inability to use our services
2) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
3) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
Termination
1) For Convenience: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 Days written notice.
2) For Cause: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately if you breach these Terms & Conditions or fail to make timely payments.
3) Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Site and services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
